locqube Expands to Florida With the Acquisition of The Elaine Group

September 28, 2026 — locqube today announced its expansion into Florida through the acquisition of The Elaine Group, a Miami-based real estate brokerage led by broker Elaine Perez. The move brings locqube's AI-powered home selling platform to Florida homeowners, giving them direct control over their own transaction — replacing the traditional agent-centric model, which typically costs sellers 5% to 6% in commissions, with a transparent, technology-driven experience backed by licensed local agents and a 1.99% listing fee.

The acquisition gives locqube a licensed brokerage and an experienced local team on the ground in South Florida. The Elaine Group, founded by Perez, serves buyers, sellers and investors across the region with residential, commercial and business brokerage services. Perez will lead locqube's Florida operations as vice president. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

One dashboard, the whole sale

The locqube platform consolidates every step of the home sale — valuation, listing, marketing approvals, tour scheduling, offer tracking, negotiations and document management — into a single dashboard. Sellers see pricing logic, buyer activity and offer status in real time, without waiting on a phone call. A free AI-powered home valuation gives sellers an immediate understanding of their equity position and local market before they commit to anything. Once photos are ready, a home can be listed on the MLS in minutes.

Florida sellers choose from two paths: a self-service hybrid AI-plus-agent experience priced at $899, where the homeowner controls the process and a licensed agent steps in for negotiations and contracts, or full-service representation with expert guidance from start to close.

Why this move, now

"For decades, homeowners have been passengers in their own home sale," said Manny Pantiga, co-founder and CEO of locqube. "They don't see the data, they don't control the timeline and they pay 5% or 6% for the privilege of being kept in the dark. We built locqube to change that: to give sellers real-time visibility, meaningful choices and a process that actually works for them."

The savings are significant. On a $1 million home, a seller using locqube saves between $30,000 and $41,000 compared to a traditional brokerage. locqube operates as a fully licensed brokerage, meaning sellers receive professional representation without the legacy cost structure.

"Florida homeowners deserve the same visibility and control we're giving sellers in New York and Connecticut," Pantiga said. "Elaine has built her business on advocating for sellers, and she knows this market. Pairing her team with our platform means Florida sellers get the tools, the data and a local expert in their corner from day one."

A local advocate, backed by the platform

"I've always believed homeownership is one of the best ways to build wealth, and sellers should keep as much of that wealth as possible," said Elaine Perez, vice president of locqube Florida. "locqube gives my clients something that empowers them in a unique way: a real-time view of their sale and a smarter way to protect their equity."

Perez brings her own track record to the role — she has spent her career serving buyers, sellers and investors across South Florida, and now pairs that local expertise with locqube's technology and pricing.
